This is just outside Hout Bay . Beautiful views for just a coffee or their brunch is amazing. On a sunny day you can sit on the terrace. A perfect spot for a sundowner.

They do an amazing afternoon tea and cake in the garden or lounge. Also a sundowner is very reasonable here. Great service as always in this wonderful country. Friday night you can eat tapas and listen to music.

Near Kommetjie they have a cafe/restaurant with beautiful views. Small shops selling a variety of merchandise. Horse riding and wine tasting.
Their iced coffee is one of the best.

Beach
Absolutely love this place. A wonderful place for snorkelling around the kelp or walking along the boardwalk to a Sandy beach.
A great place to snorkel amongst the kelp. You can see fish and lots of marine life.
Further on there is a boardwalk to the beach. Easy to park the car. There is good cafe and restaurants and a brilliant surf shop. One of our favourite beaches.

This is our local beach. The local community our restoring the beach by planting grasses and plants on the dunes. It is a beautiful beach to walk and just gaze at the wonderful view. It is surrounded by mountains.
