Some temples such as Puri Jagannath temple do not allow foreign tourists into the temple. However most others do, even if you are not allowed inside you can stroll around and checkout souvenirs. Check with us if you wish to know more and we will try our best.

The weather in Bhubaneswar is hot and humid most of the year. It’s only cool in December and January. So please carry bottles of water. Lots of local and small stores here do not have card machines and hence don’t take credit and debit cards, thus it’s recommended to carry cash with you. Just link any other city beware of pickpockets in crowded places and keep your wallets safe.

Ride hailing apps such as Uber and Ola are easily available. Auto rickshaw/ Tuk tuks are available at almost all places, but they overcharge all the time. It is advisable to bargain or check the corresponding rates on Uber. It’s always advisable to take cars as Autorickshaws can be rash at driving at times.
