Nice hippy college town, lots of restaurants on Pearl Street, really pretty town below the front range, good hiking there. The CU Boulder campus is really pretty (where Lee and I went to college!)

We highly recommend hiking somewhere on highway 74 along the way (Lair O' the Bear or many others along the way), or even hiking in Evergreen at Lower Maxwell Falls, and eating in the little town of Evergreen, it is a treat!!
