South Pelion

The municipality of South Pelion is a municipality of the Thessaly region with an area of ​​369,36 sq. Km. and a population of 10,216 people based on the 2011 census (11,563 residents according to the 2001 census). The seat of the municipality is Argalasti. Historical location: Trikeri. It was established with the Kallikratis Program. It resulted from the merging of the pre-existing municipalities of Afetai, Argalasti, Milies and the Trikeri community.
