Forest
“DescriptionEl Yunque National Forest is a tropical rainforest in northeastern Puerto Rico. From El Portal Visitor Center, a walkway winds through the surrounding treetops. Trails run to La Mina waterfall and Mount Britton, then up to the high-altitude dwarf forest. In the south are ancient petroglyphs, made by the area’s indigenous Taíno people. The forest comes alive with the nightly calls of coquí tree frogs.”

Beach
“Crashboat Beach is on the northwestern coast of Puerto Rico is situated in the municipality of Aguadilla It's a very popular beach which gets crowded on the weekends so get there early to park your car. They have several food vendors and music playing on the weekend as well. There is a long pier which is a great place to visit, go fishing and take photos. Its about a 35 minute car ride from our property and I recommend going there if you are in the area.”

“Best seafood option in San Juan. Great location, fast service, and decent prices. You gotta try their tropical salsas - coconut, pineapple, spicy, etc. Can't even decide which one is better. They also offer a full bar and portions to share. Menu favorites: Wonton nachos, fish tacos, sesame crusted salad, and any fish/seafood on the menu.”

Curiously, this place also have one of the best Mexican tacos in the city. This is definitely a nice stop on your way back home after a day on the beach.
