  • Communicatie met Arlette was uitstekend. We hadden een kleine verandering in het midden van ons verblijf en ze was in staat om ons geen probleem tegemoet te komen. Er waren veel schone handdoeken die een groot pluspunt is. Ze voegde een extra aanraking toe met alle kleine dingetjes zoals bug-spray, over-the-counter med's (Advil) en dergelijke. Het huis was erg schoon. De locatie was perfect voor onze plannen (in de buurt van de militaire basis.) De beschutte achter veranda was geweldig. Veel ruimte om van de omgeving te genieten zonder last te hebben van bijtende beestjes. Ik hield ervan om 's morgens en' s avonds naar de Alligators te kijken. Een beetje te eng voor mij om de kajak te gebruiken, maar mijn familie had er echt plezier mee. Bedankt Arlette!

  • Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven! Het is rustig, schoon en ruim, met een veranda op beide verdiepingen. Het biedt een geweldig uitzicht op het Goose Creek Reservoir met zijn vele vogels, alligators enz. Sommige zeer doordachte kleine dingen die Arlette biedt, zullen uw verblijf nog beter maken dan het al was.

  • Deze villa is zo ongewoon, heeft een prachtig uitzicht en een geweldige vondst voor de prijs. Dit is een perfecte plek voor een romantisch uitje en ligt op een geweldige locatie om met gemak overal te komen. De speciale accenten van mousserende wijn en chocolaatjes op het kussen was precies goed! Arlette is een fantastische gastheer. Het ontbijt was zo lekker en je kon zien dat ze er speciaal over nagedacht. Ze reageerde snel met elke vraag die we ook hadden. We zullen zeker terugkomen!

    Our 1 bedroom loft villa is very quiet. We have no neighbors above, below or on one side. Bright windows with a 2-story vaulted ceiling in the living room make the villa feel more spacious. A small deck and screen porch for enjoying the outdoors.
    Our villa is one flight of steps above the ground with a covered entry. Although it is not a large villa, it is quiet and a great place to relax.
    Seabrook is a private residential barrier island about 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. A gated community, there are never crowds! It is very peaceful, and designed to enjoy the low country natural surroundings.

  • Geweldige plek om op het strand te verblijven. Prachtig uitzicht en prachtig ingericht. Niet genoeg uren op de dag om van dit fantastische huis te genieten. Hoewel het in de bovenste jaren 90 op het strand was, hebben we geen zweet gebroken omdat er altijd een briesje is op het strand en op het dek. Stephen met East End Realty was altijd beschikbaar met snelle reacties en uitstekende gastvrijheid. We zijn van plan hier elk jaar weer te verblijven.

  • Deze ruime, luchtige en stijlvolle villa heeft een Million Dollar-uitzicht !! Alleen al het inheemse wild met de Edisto-rivier als achtergrond zien was gewoon ongelooflijk! Het was alsof je kunst in beweging zag ... zeilboten, dolfijnen die door het water breken, herten letterlijk buiten het raam, strandgangers en pelikanen die in het heldere blauwgroene water duiken ... Als je hier geen rust kunt vinden, u zult het nergens vinden! Deze villa is de best gelegen villa aan de doodlopende weg en biedt een panoramisch uitzicht en zonsondergangen die adembenemend zijn! Seabrook Island is pretentieloos, schaalbaar en goed gepositioneerd aan de kust en smeekt herhaalde uitjes. Boeken voordat we vertrekken!

Every item you'll need to make a gourmet meal is available in the fully equipped kitchen with all new black and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom tile work.
