The building is located across the street from a fire station, salvation army, and a park, so there is definitely potential for noise. There is a postal shop down stairs. laundry mat down the street, great food, shopping and bars in the neighborhood. Make sure you go to bay front, check out the Historic shops, Farmers Market in the neighborhood. Also a few miles away is the beautiful Rainbow Falls, and many awesome swimming spots! to get a better idea of the neighborhood you can google the address and see what's around!
