2 amazing coffee shops both just 1 mile away. Also just 1 mile from former president Bill Clinton's boyhood home. It is a neighborhood in transition so expect to see some old, decaying building around too. Our building is just of Park Ave. We are across from our local fire station and gas station.
Coffee shops, hiking, mountain biking, all within walking distance.

Hi. We're Francisco & Leah. We renovated the apartments @ 771 Park Ave and 105 Cove St and created a boutique style Airbnb. Built in 1947, the front building on Park Ave. was originally a lube station and later converted into apartments. We were able to preserve and restore much of the original structure including the bathrooms, interior brick walls, and some of the wood flooring in the first 4 units. Just behind this building is Cove Tourist Court. This old roadside tourist motor court was built in 1937 in the international style and was placed on the national registry of historic places. It was truly unique to its time and after completing a full renovation in December of 2021 we have finally opened.
We have two kiddo's, age 6 & 8, and we live in Franklin, TN most of the year. We spend our summers in Hot Springs and visit often.
