This lovely 2-bedroom open concept condo sleeps 6. Both bedrooms have with sleep number beds to provide a comfortable night sleep. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the guest bedroom has 2 twins. The living room opens on to a screened balcony overlooking the pool and lush tropical grounds. The kitchen is stunning with all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.

Not in the mood to stay indoors and cook? Bay Mariner is right next door to a small public nature park that has outdoor grills. If you are looking for more entertainment rent a paddle board, scooter and kayak rentals from the shop next door or take a short walk to Smugglers Cove miniature golf course. For the more adventurous, take the beach trolley north to Clearwater Beach or south to St. Pete Beach.

Arrival Instructions:
The rental office is within easy access of your vacation rental. Your check-in packet will be the Arrivals door at the rental office. Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions.

Explanation of Self-Catering:
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. This offers guests the flexibility to set their own timetable, mealtimes, menu, and vacation budget.

The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night or two. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans, bake ware, cooking utensils, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and standard size kitchen appliances. The dining area has a table and enough chairs so everyone can enjoy meals together. The living area has comfortable seating and a TV. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost.

Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay.

When you arrive at your self-catering accommodation you should expect to find it clean and presented in a neat and tidy fashion. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave.

Beach Items:
Beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys are not provided. However, your unit may have some of these items left for you by previous travelers. Before heading to the stores, check the closets or storage boxes on the balcony. Feel free to use anything that is NOT in the owner's locked closet.

Transportation:
The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way).

Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted in vacation rentals unless arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited. Pet fees are non-refundable. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet.

Accidental Damages Coverage:
INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
