Magnificent, newly renovated and rebuilt north facing home is located on the crest of the ridge overlooking Jameson Park in Morningside. This modern family home has been completely renovated with painstaking attention to detail using quality fittings and finishes throughout. Spacious verandas, both upstairs and downstairs, offer city and sea views, with the upstairs view being panoramic. The home boasts large picture, aluminium windows and doors throughout the home. The blend of the old with the new in the home is seamless with the original Oregon pine flooring having been retained, refurbished and treated along with the wooden door frames and beams in the formal lounge and entrance hall. The modern open plan kitchen features a centre island with a Whirlpool Ceran hob and under counter oven finished off with natural stone counter tops. The detailing in the fitted cupboards is remarkable with glass display cabinets, wooden and glass shelving contrasts and imported cupboard and drawer fittings. The walk in pantry is accessed through double doors featuring ornate glass panels. The separate scullery is plumbed for both a washing machine and dishwasher and provides direct access to the drying courtyard. An open plan home office / study which is ideal for homework, is included in this expansive open plan area. The bathrooms have all been renovated and have sensors on their lights and heated towel rails. There is garaging for four cars with the one garage being a tandem garage (can accommodate 2 smaller cars. There is direct access to the property from all the garages. The property is fully walled with an electric fence, has 24 hour access control with an intercom, electric garage doors, an alarm system and the property has been wired for CCTV camera's. There is a 24 hour street guard in the road.

The area is very quite as the home is tucked away from the major arterial roads in the area. There is very little noise in the area however you are able to hear music from the Moses Mahiba Stadium and Botanical Gardens on concert days. These are few and far between. I have loved living there as it's very close to everything yet you don't feel like you are in the city. You have gorgeous views of Jameson Park, Mitchell Park and a Panoramic view of the sea and city. Relax in the evening in the covered outside verandas and balconies and sip a sundowner. Enjoy:)
