It is a very cute duplex penthouse located in a very privileged area, in the well-known Little Venice of Valencia, in PortSaplaya.

With capacity for four guests and located on the fifth floor with an elevator. It consists of a private garage, although for small cars.

On the lower floor you can find an open kitchen-dining space
of white furniture that together with the natural light that enters from the terrace, creates a clean and cozy space, typical of the Mediterranean Sea.

The kitchen, recently renovated and with new appliances, is fully equipped and with everything necessary for guests to cook everything they need. And what better way to enjoy these meals than on the large furnished terrace in the living room with views of the beach and the sea!

The main room is next to the living room, with a very comfortable double bed that also opens onto the terrace. I don't see a better way to wake up than looking at the sea from the bed.
Next to the room is the bathroom, also recently renovated and with everything necessary for the cleaning and care of our guests.

As if that were not enough, a small spiral staircase will allow you to access the upper floor where you can find a room with two single beds, a work area and a complete bathroom inside the room. In addition, an important piece is that it also has a huge terrace overlooking the sea.

Guests will have utensils for the beach, towel, umbrella, etc.
