Simonds Guest House, East, c.1908, is a farmhouse/double house of generous proportions, just newly restored to its original pleasantness. All the comfortable systems: queen beds, Wifi, heating and air conditioning, electrical and plumbing are new. The furnishings are decidedly period, many beautiful antiques, and comfortable. Located in the heart of the Yakima Valley Wine Country, the house is surrounded by orchards and hop yards, with our new "pub", Hoptown Watering Hole, very near.
