We are a small boutique property with newly remodeled guestrooms with Excellent WiFi speeds and Premium TV channels. We have a Reception Desk and an Area where you can safely store your luggage.

Our Boutique building was built in 1908, with European influence. It has undergone major remodel, with the emphasis to retain much of its original period details.
Please note this particular room shares a bathroom, located in a common hallway. We do not have air conditioning or parking. There is a small fan in the room along with a window that opens for plenty of air circulation.
Options for parking :
1) Market Square Garage - adjacent to property located, entrance located on Jessie street
2) Trinity public parking - located at 8th and Mission - 1 block away
Both are approximately $30 per day.
Toegang voor gasten
When arriving to the property, please ring the doorbell to get access inside. Once inside, you'll need to walk up about 20 stairs to the Reception Desk to check in and receive your room keys.
Your room key will also get you access to the main door so you can come and go at your leisure. For your security and the security of others, please close the door behind you, upon entrance/exit.
In the event of an emergency, there is staff on-site, to assist, so don't worry.

We have Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 9 am.
We are located in the middle of a busy city, with cars going and coming all times of the day. There are fans in each room to help create some white noise, should you need it.
We are happy to host Fido (your dog or cat), so as long as he or she is well behaved (can respect other guests so they feel safe) and is potty trained.
The pet fee is $10/night.
