Want some peace and quiet in the Hill Country but still be close to everything? Our garage apartment offers it and much more. Peaceful sunrises, horses grazing, and views for miles and it's all only 2 miles from downtown Dripping Springs. Our 10 acre ranchette is a little piece of paradise. The apartment has a queen bed, bunk beds and a sofa. The kitchen is well equipped but you wont need it because you are so close to coffee shops, cafes, and numerous wineries, breweries and distilleries.

We are So close to town, only 5 min to everything Dripping Springs: coffee, cafes, wineries, breweries and distilleries. Also, only 15 min to Wimberley, 25 min to Austin. Pedernales Falls, Jacob's Well, Hamilton Pool all within a 20 min drive.
