  • 28 Belmont Road, double fronted, detached townhouse
  • Comfortable sofa bed from Loaf - see other pic for dimensions.  The room measures 3m x 3.5m
  • From the bed, ‘view’ is of egress window, and the desk. The room doubles as a study, so there are yoga and midwifery books and items stored on one side of the room and under the stairs, and a computer (not switched on) in the space.
  • Shared family bathroom upstairs. NB unpainted plaster, this will be decorated by end of March 2019
  • Downstairs loo on ground floor, to save you going upstairs to bathroom in the night or early morning!
  • Loaf 'chatnap' sofabed dimensions taken from the company website
  • You can see sky and greenery if you are by the window but not from further back in the room.. not a problem for snoozing!

  • Stroud cemetery and nature reserve is at the end of the road, such a beautiful peaceful spot for a stroll, with views across the meadows (locally known as the heavens)
