Gardiner House is located in a beautiful historical building. It has been completely renovated to a high standard though it still retains its originality and charm. A former 200-years-old convent with its own Victorian chapel converted into a backpacker hostel for travelers from all over the world to meet and mingle.
Our aim is to make your stay in Dublin as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, making you feel at home away from home, while providing a high-quality service at a budget price.

So clean and spacious! The layout of the place is great, the walls aren’t thin and I never had to wait to use a bathroom, despite being in a fairly occupied hostel. I’ll be staying here again in the future and will continue recommending it to friends.

This was an excellent place to stay. Not only was it super affordable, but the hostel was also extremely clean and the staff were wonderful. They even allow you to print a couple of things for free if you need printed tickets for experiences like I did.

The Gardiner House was well worth the stay, and I plan on staying there again in the future. The facilities were both secure and quite clean, allowing me to go out and about without worry. They have a storage room in which they allow guests to stow their luggage before they check…

I stayed just one night before an early morning flight, but the price was so cheap that it was worth it! Great experience. Would definitely stay here again
