  • Ladder to upstairs loft
  • This ladder is steep. You can always sleep downstairs if you are uncomfortable on a ladder. Always go down facing the ladder and turn the light on. If you have kids they must be old enough to understand basic ladder safety or not yet walking :)
  • This is an organic fold out queen futon very comfy downstairs sleeping arrangement.
  • String lights with remote to light up the ladder at night. I recommend keeping them on as a nightlight.
  • The upstairs double bed in the loft. Organic latex mattress.

  • Firewood is available for a donation of $10. so I can pay to have more cut Or you are free to collect your own. Plenty available due to tornado a couple of years ago. No fires if it is dry and windy just ask usually no problem.

  • It snows here. We do not usually plow the driveway so you would need a 4wheel drive high profile vehicle if it snows or you can park at the top of the driveway and hike down, maybe 1/4 of a mile hike.
  • I plant flowers and wildflowers everywhere. We like to keep it wild for the pollinators.
