The Tariff quoted is for 1 Guest and the Apartment can accommodate 2 additional guests at Rs. 500 per head (above 12 years) per night. Children below 12 years of age stay free. Extra Beds/Mattresses will be provided, if required.

The Bedroom measuring about 250-400 square feet has 2 Twin Beds or 1 Queen Bed with private attached bathroom serviced, 24*7 hot/cold water & toiletries. It is also equipped with Wardrobe, Luggage rack, Study table, LED TV & AC are for exclusive use of the guest.

This room is a part of a very spacious 4 BHK or 6 BHK fully furnished apartment and has 4 or 6 Bedrooms, 4 or 7 Bathrooms, 1 or 2 Living rooms, 1 or 2 Balconies, 1 Dining area, Kitchen & a utility space; each measuring between 250 to 500 sft.

The room allotted could be in any of our 5 apartments located in any of the 4 floors (top-most) floor which can be accessed both by staircase & elevator (lift). The apartments are located in a residential apartment complex comprising a neighborhood of families & other Guest houses of high profile & status comprising of other 102 apartments constructed on an area of 90,000 sft.

The services & amenities include Breakfast, Housekeeping, Laundry, 100% Power back-up, free WIFI, Cable TV, CCTV, Security, Newspapers, Car parking, First Aid-kit, Wheelchairs, etc. all on complimentary basis. We also provide Lunch, Dinner, Pick-up, Drop, Local conveyance, etc on chargeable basis.

The guest can also access the Common areas, Kitchen, Dining space, Living rooms, Balconies, etc that are equipped with Lounge sofa, Dining table, Safe, LED TV, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Induction cook-top, Microwave, Electric kettle, Toaster, Crockeries, Cutleries, Cookwares, etc. with other guests in the apartment.

Some items such as Mineral water, Tea, Coffee sachets, sugar, slimline, milk powder, salt, pepper, butter, jam, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, mayonnaise, pickles, somp, spices, coffee sachets, oil, onions, lemons, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc are kept in limited stock for complimentary use. Some items such as eggs, bread, ready to eat packets, toiletries (shaving blades, tooth brush, paste) are kept in stock on chargeable basis at MRP rates printed on them. The guests can also stock some of the above or other items for his personal use either in his room or in the refrigerator in their boxes with their room number written on it. Guests can also order from Restaurants and through Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, etc. The guests can prepare Tea/Coffee or cook snacks/food or use any appliances on his own or can ask the Caretaker for the same.

For laundry services, you can give them to our outsourced laundry man for washing and/or ironing at nominal cost. Alternatively, you could also use our Washing Machine in the apartment. Either you can wash them by yourself or you can ask the caretaker to do it. Use the clothes liner in the bathrooms to dry them or ask the caretaker to dry them on the terrace in our designated places. Either you can iron them by yourself or you can ask the caretaker to do it.
