Experience, Mustang Memories, everything you desire in this spacious one bedroom, one and a half-bath condo right near the Port Aransas Beach. Sleeping 6, this home is only a short stroll down the private beach walkover to the Texas Gulf Coast Beach. Just a few minutes walk, you can enjoy this fun and relaxing vacation rental.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for two. The kitchen at Mustang Memories has everything you need to cook your local fresh catch of the day. The dining area offers a dining table with seating for four, in addition to the seating for two at the breakfast bar.

The living room offers warm plush leather furniture with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The living room nook offers a queen size sleeper futon for additional sleeping. Sit back and relax while watching TV in the leather recliner. The nicely decorated bedroom sleeps two on the cozy queen size bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The half bath is located in the hallway.

This classic coastal home provides ALL your vacation needs. All you need to do is pack you beach towels! The private balcony has Ocean View and overlooks the shared hot tub and pool, which is now heated during the cooler months. Take a stroll over the boardwalk to our famous Texas Gulf Coast beaches.

Mustang Memories offers wonderful amenities including a hot tub, heated swimming pool, BBQ Grills (charcoal), fish cleaning station, and assigned covered parking. Port Aransas is 4 miles from the Beach Club where you will find plenty of attractions, fabulous restaurants and wonderful shops. The Texas State Aquarium, and Lexington are located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Schlitterbahn Water park is only 14 minutes away and is located on North Padre.

One parking space available with limited additional guest parking, boats or trailers allowed. The condo is on the third floor. There is not elevator access for this unit.

- Remove all trash from rental home and place in outside receptacles.
- Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
- Turn AC up to 78 or turn heat down to 65.
- Clean the grill and fill your golf cart (if you had one).
- Drop off keys in the front mailbox at the office.
