Our 3 bedroom/2 bath downstairs Newport Beach vacation home has long been a favorite summer destination for cherished family beach vacations on 35th Street. We have enjoyed the privilege of hosting many of the same family groups year after year. And now, this duplex is available as a vacation accommodation all year 'round! Here's what you'll find:

- Open floor plan with dining area and kitchen
- Indoor oval dining table w/ seating for 6; ceiling fan

- Breakfast bar w/ barstool seating for 2

- All major appliances; small appliances
- Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (coffee filters, napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 2 twin trifold floor mats, with extra linens/pillows, are provided. (floor mats are better suited for children) Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

PARKING: 1 space provided in shared double carport; accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's). General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized when available (metered and unmetered).

LOCATION: Best of all is the close proximity to the hugely popular 35th Street beach: well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just 3 short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area 12 short blocks away, and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day!
The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too!
