Separate, private, and spacious, this open plan studio is light and airy with a relaxed atmosphere. A deck towards the South with breathtaking views of the ocean and a patio table with benches for dining Al Fresco. The Northern veranda is sunny with a dramatic view of the mountain and waterfall. Rod's trail starts just a few meters from here and takes one through the heart of the Cape floral kingdom to the Botanical garden.

De ruimte
Because the Studio is on the first floor, accessed via a stairway, high windows allow for views of the whole mountain and the cliffs. The fynbos on the mountain and the trail above The Studio Loft, Rod's trail, can be seen through the window and inspires you to go for a hike. The flowers can even be seen in winter, in spite of cooler temperatures, as many species flower during cooler months.
