This is a single family ranch style house, there are 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with shower room, living space is 1583 sq. ft. and the lot size is 16118 sq. ft. Located at beautiful famous 17-Miles Dr in Pebble Beach golf club area. We have 2 cal king , one queen mattresses and 4 single air mattress. In the backyard have dining table and outdoor chaise lounges.

We are appreciate customer can do 5 things when they leave the vacation home :
1. Take all trash into the trash box out side of garage.
2. clean all dishes ,glasses, spoon, folks, chopsticks and etc in the dishwasher
3. Please lock the door always when guest leave the house during stay or check out through the keypad locking
4. Keep stovetop always clean with no greasy
5.Guest can use all 3 bathroom shower but don’t use master room bathtub (for preventing emergency case happen by any personal medical reasons )
