garbage is picked up on Tuesday mornings. Cans are in the driveway. Please make sure trash can has bunny cord securing the lid, we have raccoons in Pacific Grove.
Your gate needs to be locked at all times, when you enter and when you leave. Bikes and other things have been stolen if gate is not locked.

Block away from Oceanside bike path, 10 minute walk to downtown Pacific Grove with shops, restaurants and more. 10 minute walk to Lover's Point Beach. We have security cameras around the house with motion sensors. The upstairs porch light is on 24/7. Please do not turn light off. I am always available by phone or text. If you notice any issues please do not hesitate to text me. If you notice leaks, drips or other issues that need to be brought to my attention, please do not delay, I will promptly attend to all issues.
