Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley!
Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

Great mountain roads for a walk, bike or car ride.
2 grocery stores nearby, a post office, and Nonno's, a fantastic wood fired pizza/bocciball restaurant!
We are close to great hiking trails, breweries and many award winning wineries - Loma Prieta Winery, Wright Station, Villa Del Monte, Silver Mountain, David Bruce, Byington, Burrell School, etc

Also, great access to many golf courses around the Bay Area - Pasatiempo, Delavega, Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, Poppy Hills, Bayonnet GC and many more. All within an hour's drive.

My husband Eric and I have travelled all over the world racing mountain bikes and seen some amazing places and met a lot of great people. Now we would like to share our beautiful guesthouse and amazing location in the Santa Cruz mountains with others who are exploring the world or just looking for a quite and relaxing weekend getaway. Out of all the incredible places we have been to, our home is still one of our favorites. We ride our bikes a lot, straight from our house, without having to get in to a car. We love taking our dogs for hikes or to the beaches in Santa Cruz. Eric is a general contractor and has designed and built our house, the guesthouse, and my physical therapy studio by himself (with a little bit of help from me). I practice PT, personal training and do body work in my studio on our property!
