Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a three story house, this well maintained apartment has a private entrance, deck and grill, one hour from Boston, close to beaches, commuter rail, Main Street shops, 15+ excellent restaurants, plus lots more! Great for quiet people. Families. QUIET!

Eric is a wonderful host. The location is awesome. The accommodations were just as pictured. Can walk to all the shops, but be ready to climb a hill to get back to the house! No problem with parking. Had an awesome time. Thank you Eric!

Eric’s rental is very spacious and comfortable. Perfect location. Walk to everything in downtown Gloucester. Eric responds quickly to emails and communicates everything you need to know. Never had a problem finding a parking spot on the street in front of the house. 5 stars.

This sunny apartment is in a perfect location for walking to the main street area of Gloucester. The rooms were well appointed, and the patio was lovely. The views of the city were also very nice!
