We are happy to announce our energy efficient solar powered system with back up batteries. Located on a safe, quiet cul de sac with plenty of parking and just a one minute walk to Bajuras beach. Our seven unit complex consisting of new, private, fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom luxury accommodations that are completely equipped and provide you an environment for total relaxation. We are a 7 minute drive to BQN and a 2 minute drive to restaurants, nightlife and Jobos beach...relax in style! This apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a closet. There is a living room with a sofa, ceiling fan and flat screen tv as well as an ottoman that folds out into a comfortable twin bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with eating area and a private bathroom with custom tiles, LED mirror and a rainforest shower. We have completely renovated our 7 unit apartment building and added 3 large new courtyards with sofas, chairs and a stainless steel propane BBQ and places to unwind and relax. All of our units have been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. Everything is brand new and custom built to suit our needs. Come enjoy a slice of Caribbean pie!! Guests will have access to our 3 patio/courtyards on the property. Our large entry courtyard has our new and beautiful outdoor shower! There are outdoor lounge chairs, sofa and relaxing hanging egg...if you want to hang out, read a book or take a nap. Out middle courtyard has another outdoor shower, sitting area, bike rack and surf board racks. Our third patio was just completed with a propane BBQ area, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. I am always available by phone or text. We have a live in manager and an off site manager in case you need anything. Please feel free to ask us advice on restaurants, local attractions or just about anything you need. We are happy to help! The apartment is on a quiet cul de sac in idyllic Isabela. It's located in the sleepy, unspoiled, and internationally renowned Jobos Beach area prized by surfers around the world. This area of the island is known as the ‘Garden of the Atlantic’. We have the beach located about 100 yards from our door step as well as the best Mexican Restaurant and gourmet burger restaurant three properties away! Jobos beach which has several restaurants, bars, surfing and nightlife is less than a mile down the road. We are just far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet and close enough to join the fun! Renting a car is always recommended because there is so much to see and do on the Island! Ask us for rental car discounts and other discounts! Come relax in paradise! All of our apartments have complimentary Tommy Bahamas Beach chairs and matching umbrella. The beach right next to our property is extremely quiet and empty. Once on the beach if you walk right it takes you directly to Jobos Beach. Turn left and you will be at Shacks Beach. If you keep walking past Shacks Beach it takes you to Survival Beach. Our beach is connected to 4 miles of uninterrupted beaches that are clean and pristine! Happy travels!
