Foremost, I'll be like your local friend or family member to show you around, rather than a guide taking you from sight to sight. You'll learn about the heritage of this great town and surrounding area. You will discover historic landmarks and experience the fantastic landscape of Ilkley and the Wharfedale valley.

Having lived in and around the Wharfedale area for 37 years I have a wealth of walking experience and local history to share . I have completed a few of the popular Long Distance Walks including, The Dalesway,Coast To Coast ,Hadrien's Wall and The West Highland Way.
I am keen on local history and the historic sites. We have an abundance of Abbey's,Church's and historic sites all within the Ilkley area.
