Wat je gaat doen

You will get hands on learning how to make a really good sausage, developing your own recipe and taking them home to enjoy with friends and family. The sausages you make will be very natural, clean label bangers that will taste better than anything you can buy in a super market. You won't look back. Hopefully you will be inspired to on carry making your own sausages at home.

Graham was one of the founding Directors who established Trealy Farm Charcuterie where he conjointly received many awards including the high accolade Producer of the Year 2009 from the BBC Food and Farming Awards.

His wife Ruth and he set up Native Breeds Charcuterie in 2010, a successful artisan business in Gloucestershire and are now the Organic Charcuterie manufacturer for www.HelenBrowningsOrganic.co.uk and course tuors at Kate Humble's farm www.HUmbebynature.com

Their experience includes curing hams for HRH the Prince of Wales, Michelan Chefs and TV Celebrities.

Waar je naartoe gaat

Courses take place in our workshop kitchen. Our Garden will provide all the herbs we need to make beautiful flavoursome sausages.

Dieetwensen

Op verzoek kan de host rekening houden met specifieke dieetwensen. Voordat je deelneemt aan de ervaring, moet je de host laten weten of je ook accommodatie nodig hebt.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden

Elke ervaring kan binnen 24 uur na aankoop, of ten minste zeven dagen voor aanvang, worden geannuleerd met volledige restitutie.

Geldig Legitimatiebewijs

Je moet een foto van jezelf nemen die overeenkomt met de foto op je ID. Zo kan Airbnb bevestigen wie daadwerkelijk aan de ervaring zal deelnemen. Dit hoef je maar een keer te doen.

Vereisten voor gasten

Er kunnen maximaal 8 gasten van 18 jaar en ouder deelnemen.
