The 2 hour surfing lesson will consist of two big parts. Firstly, we'll practice on the beach and I will tell you about some good to know things and things to watch out for in the water. Secondly, we will enter the water starting from shallow to a little deeper depending on how comfortable you are in the water and begin to surf. That includes balancing on your board, paddling to catch a wave and the final pop up which is standing up on the board.
