Wat je gaat doen

We'll meet in the grassy area next to the Stanley Park Lawn Bowling Club (close to Second Beach) and prime our bods for movement with a full-body mindfulness practice. We'll then weave our way through Stanley Park's trail system, exploring some of the park's hidden gems and world-renowned attractions, with plenty of time for pictures (and selfies!). Our experience finishes in English Bay, along the Stanley Park seawall where we'll stretch it out and bid each other adieu. I encourage you to lay out a beach towel and go for a refreshing post-adventure dip in the great Pacific, or if you've worked up an appetite, there are dozens of great restaurants within proximity of our end point. Public restrooms are located at a few different stops along our route :) This is a walking tour with an emphasis on connecting your mind and body. We will walk at a brisk pace, and adapt to the needs of the group. This is not a trail running experience. Please let me know if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions/injuries I need to be aware of. This experience is not for folks who need medical clearance for excercise or who have mobility challenges.
