El salto del Limon is a waterfall in the middle of a valley in the province of Samaná (Dominican Republic). the walk lasts around 2.15h (1.05h one way + 40min return + 30min relax). you will walk along a hike beginner level path, explaining the local tree species (pineapple, coconut, cocoa, almonds) and seeing and tasting its fruits. You can swim in the two waterfalls and take pictures. On the way back, they will be able to eat typical food (rice with chicken, beans and salad) with a family from the community and learn how these powerful women live from their natural environment.
