What you'll do
I invite you to discover through mindfulness, a state of calm and break the myths around meditation. You will feel during, at the end and after this meditation: · Inner peace · Gratitude · Love · ...and more beautiful feelings! Our experience last approximately 1hr and includes: · Introduction to the principles of Mindfulness · Mindful eating · Mindful walking (at Mayan Ruins) · Inner peace Meditation · Love and Compassion Meditation Are offered in English or Spanish.

Where you'll be
We will have our practice in 3 different points, all of them are few steps of each other. · Xaman-Ha, Mayan Ruins. (We will be very respectful of the energy of that place) · Garden (Surrounded by the wisdom of the trees) · Beach (With its magnificent sound and vibration!)

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. You don't need any previous experience :)
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
Bring comfortable clothes.
