Vancouver city is not only known for it's natural beauty, but also for it's expanding enthusiasm towards health, wellness, and personal/spiritual development. This 3-hour experience offers the ultimate integration of nature and nurture by blending outdoor adventure with guided mediation, visualization and beginner friendly yoga. We will kick off the day at 10am with a leisurely morning stroll through the rose gardens and along the famous Sea Wall. In order to make this a unique experience, I will be stopping periodically along the way to share information regarding the artwork and history of the park as well as the diverse wildlife that inhabit the area. After a quick meal break in Stanley Park, we will dive into our meditation, visualization and yoga session. We will then walk back to our original meeting place, where we will finish off the day around 1pm. This experience is designed not only introduce you to the natural beauty that Vancouver has to offer, but also to the natural beauty you hold within.

Hi, I'm Mia! I'm a certified Blissology Yoga instructor with a background in Behavioural Science who is fuelled by a passion for boosting vitality and exploring human consciousness. Back in June of 2017, while working towards my BSc from Western University, I was invited to share my research (which focused on the power of human intention) at Yale University during their annual Society for Consciousness Studies Conference. As a result, I began to dive deeper into consciousness and wellness studies and discovered that yoga, along with meditation, had the most profound impact on my mental clarity and overall well-being. Which, in turn, inspired me to share this experience!

We will all gather at the Stanley Park Bus Loop before starting our journey with a leisurely stroll along the famous Sea Wall. Along the way, I will introduce you to some of the most visually captivating spots as well as the best space in the park to achieve the most powerfully transformative meditation, visualization and yoga experience.
