My class structure is centered around giving participants the most individual and comprehensive instruction in Classical Sivananda Style Hatha Yoga and Zen meditation. Classes are structured around taking the time and attention to truly examine the subtleties of each exercise preformed. Challenging, yet tranquil, this practice is ideally suited to those searching for a safe and effective method of gaining strength and calm. Classes are designed for travelers to come together with other travelers or their friends or family while on holiday, to share in a private class environment the joys of yoga and meditation. Classes are 60min. 250 Norwegian Kroner per person, classes are designed to be small, max 3 people.
I am a Hatha yoga instructor from New York City, currently living in Stavanger Norway. I was certified by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center International in 2003. I have been very fortunate to work as an international yoga instructor both in my home country of the U.S.A, as well as across Europe. I offer gentle, comprehensive classical Yoga and Zen meditation instruction. Structure your yoga practice around your personal level and schedule.
Wat er is inbegrepen
I provide yoga mats, yoga blocks, yoga straps and meditation cushions. Participants are welcome to stay for tea at class end

Classes are held in my private yoga studio. A charming 19th century Norwegian home, in the historic neighborhood of Våland right near Stavanger City Center.

Er kunnen maximaal 3 gasten van 12 jaar en ouder deelnemen. Please try and arrive 5 min before the start time, and inform me if there are any physical conditions or limitations you may have.
