Then we will visit a estate olive farm and a state of the art mill producing the best quality olive oils including premium and organic. Learn the secrets to obtain the best quality! We will crush some olives and, depending on the time of the year, pick and taste olives directly from the tree. It is bitter, but you will learn how it transforms into delicious table olives or olive oil. In our tasting room and gourmet store you will taste 5 extra virgin olive oils, 2 of them flavored, accompanied with bread for dipping, apples to cleanse your palate, and 3 types of seasoned olives. We will show you how to prepare a salad dressing with a sherry vinegar and 2 different salts. We will taste olive oil with sugar as a dessert! Learn what is Extra Virgin Olive Oil; how to understand labels from around the world, and recognize a good olive oil with your senses. We will learn how to pair olive oils with food, how to cook with it, and the benefits for your health and its uses in cosmetic. We will return to the same place in the center of Granada.
