Wat je gaat doen
We (my wife and chef Chiara, and I) will offer you and hands-on class. After some welcome snacks, you will start preparing a delicious tiramisù (forget the commercial ones!) with Chiara, who will share with you all pastry's tips and secrets and you will prepare your own unforgettable dessert. We let you choose between the traditional lasagna or a vegetarian version and we will start cooking together the lasagna filling, as the ragù à la bolognese sauce, then we start kneading each one his/her own pasta dough, to press the dough in thin foil and then you will prepare your lasagna! Finally you will end together. During the class we will serve you also more home-made snacks or different type of pasta
