I have personally been practicing meditation techniques - and changing them as my life and needs change - for more than 30 years. I studied and taught Zen meditation for 15 years, and graduated from an interfaith seminary where I learned practices from all major faith traditions.

There are so many different techniques for meditating - and finding the right one can make the difference in staying with a practice that can really make a difference in your life. During this workshop you will learn a number of meditation techniques - some will work for you, some will not. Wear very comfortable clothing and shoes for walking. We'll not be wearing shoes in the house, so please wear or bring socks. A fridge is provided to chill foods if needed.

Waar je naartoe gaat

Generally we'll be exploring meditation techniques right here at my home. Depending on time and weather, we may also be taking a walk to the bay, RI Yacht Club and Historic Pawtuxet Village, or walk the path following the Pawtuxet River.
