Staring at candle makes you relax and calm down peacefully. first of all , I will serve you green tea or so. I explain my meditation for about 15 minutes. there are two parts for this meditation. chanting mantra for 20 minutes this is very important to dive into meditation smoothly. you can get deep easily if you really do this well. then breathing meditation for 30 minutes. counting the number of breaths , slowly long and deep breathing. we discuss and review meditation that we have done afterwards.
I've been Buddhist monk since 2002. I worked in Shitennoji-temple 12 years as a monk and doing zen meditation. I am already guiding meditation for many guests of airbnb. Meditation is one of the best way for people to get better life both healthy body and healthy mind.it would be first time for most of guests to experience that.and most of them are very very happy with good feeling.
