Almost everyone we know has tension in their lives that they would like to release. Our experiences over the past 40+ years have taught us that active meditations are a perfect prescription for that relief. We will introduce you to meditations that will release mind/body stress & tension. This will help you relax & move into a nourishing silence & stillness. In this hour & half session there is time for introductions & instructions, answering question & having a cup of tea together. These meditation methods are nondenominational & are made for both beginners & seasoned meditators who wish to have a meditation experience.

About the Host(s): I wanted to meditate but couldn't sit still! My journey in life led me to India. There I was introduced to both new & ancient active meditations that first release mind/body stress so that a space for stillness is created. When I did them, I could very easily sit still & enter into a quiet space. My husband, Subhan and I want to share what we've learned, so you too will be able to relax & move deep into silence. We are certified meditation instructors who teach internationally & have been meditating for over forty years each.

The Meditation Session is held at The World of Meditation (An Osho Meditation School) located in the Meadowbrook/Lake City area of Seattle, in a residential area. The Center is surrounded by trees and from the windows you will see a creek and waterfall and sometimes a heron fishing! The bus stop is 1/8 of a block away and there is easy access by car from all directions. There is ample parking.
