My name is Mariana I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher.

I began my practice 5 years ago to manage stress, gain strength and flexibility.
But after a while, my desire was to learn more, more about body, mind, and spirit, which led me to my yoga training in Sri Lanka. I've got my certification from Buddhist and Yoga Guru, who learns and practices yoga and meditation for more than 20 years.
It was the first time I discovered that our inner journey is what genuinely brings us peace, health, and vitality.

My biggest passion is my inner growth, which brings happiness and peace. Also, I love to share these skills and feelings and make people happy.

My heart is open for all people who interested to learn more about their bodies and minds. Also, people who want to improve their health, flexibility, and strength.
