Pranayama and meditation class which includes restorative breathing technique, body relaxation, and concentration training.

Participants will receive personal instruction and feedback from me throughout the experience and you will leave the session with the knowledge and skills to incorporate Pranayama & Meditation technics into your daily practice.

Meditation breathing technics lead to both physical and mental relaxation. It improves the immune system, strengthens lungs, regulates emotions, increases concentration ability, and balances the mind.

I look forward to practicing with you and share all happiness and peace I'm receiving every day through meditation.

I've got my certification in Sri Lanka from Buddhist and Yoga Guru, who studies and practices meditation and spiritual rituals for more than 20 years.

My biggest passion is spiritual growth, which brings understanding, happiness, and peace. Also, I love to share these skills and help people feel better.
