Come pause with me on a journey of inner exploration into your body to connect deeper with your thoughts and emotions, release old patterns that no longer serve you and find ease and deep wisdom within yourself.

I will take you through a guided meditation uniquely designed to help you observe your thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment, grow your own sense of self awareness and self compassion, release some of the deep-rooted feelings that may be surfacing, and experience the power of loving all of who you are.

We will pause in between the guided meditations to discuss our experience. I will debunk some of the myths surrounding meditation, explain how meditation and mindfulness can relieve stress, minimize worry and bring a peaceful frame of mind even during these challenging times.

Before we say goodbye, we will reflect on the experience with questions or insights we unlocked along the way.

I run a mindfulness consulting agency called Be Kalm that helps North American organizations integrate wellness in the workplace.

I studied Eastern wellness practices, training with spiritual healers and attending silent meditation retreats in Myanmar and temples in Bali, Indonesia. I’ve done guided meditations for over 3000 people around the world and am passionate about sharing mindfulness practices with my guests and corporate teams! I booked Farah for a corporate retreat while in Canada. All of my colleagues were thoroughly impressed with how well the session was conducted. Not only was she able to lead those of us that have never meditated, she was adept in leading seasoned meditators in the group. The session was appreciated by all and the education, tips and techniques shared was well. This is something that can be done by all and I highly encourage it!

How many video calls do you have a day? If you want to mix up your remote work routine and give yourself some personal space, Farah can be a great guide for you. Guided meditation can be simple, luxurious, and enjoyable, or take you to deeper places that need your attention. Either way, I recommend this experience as a quick detour that can get you back to where you want to be.

I stumbled across this experience on Airbnb whilst searching for something that would allow me to disconnect from the everyday struggles. The description was enough to get my buy in, that’s not even looking at all the reviews. Farah really took the time to set the scene as well as listening to some of my problems. She shared some great examples of where she had a similar experience. Whilst also introducing me to some great new practices. I hope to put them into practice over the coming months and building a habit in doing this. An experience that is worth every penny and nothing like I've experienced to date. I attended a session with Farah on compassion-focused meditation and mindfulness. Initially, I was apprehensive – I'd never really mediated before and questioned how legitimately helpful something like this could actually be. Turns out, this guided session was exactly what I needed. It was introspective and cathartic and made me feel extremely peaceful at the end. Farah created a safe space filled with understanding and patience. I felt seen, heard, and loved, and was happy to have left the class with tools that I could use to practice self-love, compassion, and kindness.
