Wat je gaat doen
We will visit the farm, where you can see the animals, big and small, resting, eating, or feeding. You can spend as much time as you like with them, taking photographs or caressing our friendly little animals.
When you are ready, we will go through to the garden of the house, where you will taste our produce and fruits when in season. If you wish, you can peak into the cheese production workshop.

Ονομάζομαι Θωμαΐς Πετρή και ο σύζυγός μου Κυριάκος Σαββιού ασχολείται με την εκτροφή κατσικιών και είναι τυροκόμος πάνω από 40 χρόνια! Έχουμε προσφέρει πρωινό στο σπίτι μας, δίπλα στη φάρμα, με δικά μας αποκλειστικά προϊόντα, πολλές φορές σε διάφορους επισκέπτες που μας προτάθηκαν από ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια. Είναι μία θαυμάσια εμπειρία και ευκαιρία να δείτε από κοντά το άρμεγμα της κατσίκας, να γευτείτε το νόστιμο κατσικίσιο τυρί που κάνουμε σε διάφορες μορφές: ξερό (κίτρινο) τυρί, μαλακό τυρί (φέτα) και μία light εκδοχή φέτας (μυζήθρα).
Αν έχετε παιδιά έχουν τη δυνατότητα να παίξουν με τα κατσικάκια, να θαυμάσουν τη φύση, μένουμε 20 χλμ. έξω από τη Ρόδο, σε ένα ύψωμα στο χωριό Καλυθιές, μέσα στο πράσινο και με θέα στη θάλασσα.
Επίσης θα δοκιμάσετε οποιοδήποτε από τα φρούτα που καλλιεργούμε στο χωράφι έξω απ' το σπίτι μας.
