We first start off around 1800 with a local Malaysian or Indonesian welcome beverage. Then we move on to the kitchen where you will be able to observe or take part in the preparation process. Here you will be able to ask questions about the multitude of spices we use in our cuisines. We are happy to share tips and recipes with you. Next you have the opportunity to see how food can be styled in an aesthetically pleasing manner that is Instagram picture worthy. Finally we will settle down for either a fine dining or an interactive dining experience, depending on the size of the group.
