Wat je gaat doen
We begin each Medicine Wheel Ceremony with a brief meditation and then an introduction to what the medicine wheel is and how to use it. The experience is a subjective one and can be very transformational in one's life. "Medicine" in Native traditions translates to "power" and can be used for healing, gratitude, forgiveness, and gaining a larger perspective on one's life. We will learn about the elements, our connection to them as well as all of nature, and how to use these aspects in ceremony. Bring an open mind and an open heart.
Wat er is inbegrepen
I will provide the necessary equipment for everyone to participate in the Medicine Wheel Ceremony.
My personal journey brought me to Sedona for the first time in 2002. I returned in 2010 for yoga teacher training and at the end of 2016 made the decision to make Sedona my home. I started guiding tours on the land that same year. Sedona has had a profound affect on me and I have become deeply connected to the land, the energy, and the spirits of the past. My personal spiritual path began in 2007 with Vipassana meditation. That initial retreat set me on a trajectory to becoming a yoga teacher, a meditation teacher, a yoga therapist, and land guide here in Sedona. I have guided hundreds of people here in Sedona and love my job as an agent for personal growth and transformation.

Waar je zult zijn
We will conduct our Medicine Wheel Ceremony at the Medicine Wheel under Thunder Mountain (a powerful vortex area) near the Stupa. It is a natural setting so good shoes are recommended.
